FMS is great to work with. They are good with communication leading up to your move. Could not have asked for better on the day of the move. Our move had something a little different with one pick up location and 3 drop off locations and the staff worked with us without ever pushing back. Can not recommend FMS more for moving needs. My stool was missing. When I realized it was missing, I called and was told they would check their storage. In the meantime, I was contacted and was told they would replace my stool. They not only replaced the stool but delivered to me in less than a week. I am so happy. I highly recommend Family Moving Services. They treated my belongings as though it were theirs. I actually contacted Family Moving Services over a year ago when the pandemic first started. They had a good price and the woman that I spoke with was super helpful on the phone. We ended up not using them due to the pandemic but I ended up giving their information to a friend for her move and she loved the service! So when I had to move again this year I remembered my experience with them on the phone and what my friend thought so we booked them! Let me tell you, they are fast! Super friendly and I have even recommended them to more friends! Great value all around!
They were responsible, great rate, fast, and so nice they were friendly Citlaly Ivan Moises and David what an awesome team they helped me so much my husband is disabled and can’t walk or stand so I didn’t pack as much they came in packed everything up even packed his wheelchair 😁 they were super helpful and so kind and super fast They are now part of my family and recommended this company I am super elated to have met this team
